When you purchase a voucher from this web site you are deemed to accept our terms and conditions.
We will post a voucher to the address of the purchaser, unless requested otherwise in the "Delivery" address. In this case we will post the invoice and card receipt (if appropriate) to the purchaser's address under separate cover.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. This may be extended once, in which case an extension charge of £15 will be made, payable by the person who requests the extension.
Vouchers are transferrable.
Vouchers are redeemable against our SKID CAR courses as described from time to time on this web site. There is no cash alternative.
Refunds: Refunds will be made to the purchaser only, less a handling fee of £15.
Booking your course - please try to book at least 14 days in advance of when you want to come. All courses subject to availability, so if a particular date is important please reserve it in good time.
Cancellation: Once you have booked a course, we cannot accept cancellations within seven (7) days of the course. You may change drivers up to the start of the course. In case of illness, re-scheduling will be at our discretion.
Force majeure: We will make all efforts to run your course, but if we are unable to do so due to reasons such as (but not limited to) adverse weather, mechanical failure, instructor illness, we reserve the right to cancel your course and offer you a new appointment.
